Cheryl has been involved in many areas of the fitness industry since the age of 18. She personally discovered the benefits of Pilates 19 years ago while suffering from Sciatica, brought on by a car accident. Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, she realized that a new approach to fitness was needed in order to keep her body pain free. After feeling the benefits of PIlates she decided to pursue her training as an instructor, and has taught the method for 16 years. She has achieved the highest level of certification in both Matwork and Apparatus through STOTT PILATES® (Essential, Intermediate and Advanced: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as Injuries and Special Populations), as well as her Total Barre certification and CORE Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training certification.

Cheryl's education includes a Bachelor of Commerce, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Training Certification, Center for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE), AFLCA group exercise, Keiser Indoor Cycling certification. CPR, She is fully STOTT PILATES® certified. She now works full time as a Private and group Pilates and Barre instructor.

Most importantly, she has been completely with out back pain since she began her practice 19 years ago. Pilates is more than a way to keep in shape, it has become a passion which she hopes to share with as many people as possible.

"I must be right. Never an aspirin. Never injured a day in my life. The whole country, the whole world, should be doing my exercises. They'd be happier."
