I have been attending Kinect Pilates for a few months now and what a difference it has made!
Cheryl is a very knowledgeable well educated instructor with much enthusiasm and passion for Pilates, which makes for fun, energetic sessions.
I have recently lost a fair amount of weight in a short amount of time. Pilates has really made a difference on the way that type of weight loss looks on a 40 something body. I am proud to put on a bikini, knowing I look great. Thanks Cheryl!
Coming into Pilates I was having back and hip issues. I was in a fair amount of pain daily over the past year. It was extremely uncomfortable, not to mention inconvenient. I no longer suffer the pain. Pilates mat and reformer classes have given me so much strength and relief. Cheryl could modify exercises when needed until I gained the strength to do them. I feel long and lean again!
I am looking forward to the new high intensity interval Pilates Cheryl has been talking about. I am ready for it.

I started my Pilates practice with Cheryl nine years ago. Since then I have noticed many great changes, not only with how I look but also how I feel. The combination of stretching and strengthening has given me a long lean look and helped to alleviate my back pain.

In fact, after measuring in a half inch taller at my last annual physical, my physician asked what I was doing differently, since my height has never changed before. When I told her I had been practicing Pilates, she informed me that this is what helped to extend my spine.

Since I am an extremely busy person, I have found that the combination of Pilates, cardiovascular and strength training is a great balance with many commitments in both my personal and professional life. The one thing I always try to make time for is Pilates with Cheryl.

I started working with Cheryl at her former studio in 2006 when I was first diagnosed with frozen shoulder.  Cheryl's expertise in Pilates and Athletic Therapy helped me greatly.  She planned a workout to fit my needs which gave me a total body workout that provided strength and cardio training.  I am still training with Cheryl using intensive Pilates, with her expertise and dedication I am toned, strong, have lost weight and I feel great!

The more I do Pilates, the more I love it. I would do it 7 days a week if time permitted. Cheryl is an awesome trainer.
